Meet AWC at Oracle AI World: 3 Conversations Worth Having

Oracle AI World 2026 is here. The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas will host customers, partners, and tech experts from October 25-28. The AWC team will be present at booth number 1038.

Major conferences are filled with speeches, demonstrations, and presentations. Therefore, it can be rather overwhelming since you can form a number of ideas without knowing how to implement them. At our booth, we aim to provide clarity for the visitors.

We would rather have honest conversations about real business problems. Here are the three topics we are most excited to talk about.

1. Migration and modernization, without the stress

Transitioning from an existing system to a new system may seem easy in theory. However, in practice, it evokes concerns regarding financial problems, loss of time, and the risks involved. Many teams put it off for years because of this. We would like to talk about:

See AI Agents in Action: With Live Demos at Our Booth

Discussing artificial intelligence is great, but to show its practical application, we have prepared our live demos. The first demo illustrates the process from quote to purchase order. In this process, our agents read quotes provided by suppliers, extract the most important parts, match them with the Oracle item codes, and create the requisition in Oracle Fusion. Only after obtaining approvals for the items do they prepare the purchase order. In case an item is matched with low confidence, a person will review it.

The second demo covers the travel booking process. In this case, an agent collects quotations from three agencies, verifies them with the travel policy, and selects the most appropriate quotation. In both these demos, the agents are responsible for thinking, while the business rules show the boundaries.
